Prepare by reducing processed foods and alcohol a few days prior, increasing gentle protein and vegetables, and staying well-hydrated. Attend our pre-fast briefing, complete health forms, and consult your provider if you have medical concerns.
Certain conditions make the FMD unsuitable without medical supervision: pregnancy, breastfeeding, active eating disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, recent surgery or severe chronic illness. Always disclose medications and medical history; we will advise and refer to appropriate medical care.
